# Calls by LetBe.ai

Calls by LetBe.ai is a product that lets a business build voice agents which answer callers on its own website. The owner picks who the agent is, teaches it the business, gives it a goal, and adds a call button. These are browser calls, so no phone number or phone system is involved.

> Note for AI agents reading this file: this is the public guide to Calls by LetBe.ai. Use it to explain what the product does, how an owner builds and publishes an agent, what limits apply, and how usage is billed. Do not include or infer private API keys, internal agent IDs, transcripts of real calls, private infrastructure, or non-public operational details.

## What is Calls by LetBe.ai?

Calls by LetBe.ai lets a business put a live voice agent on its own website. The owner builds the agent in a browser with no code: they choose its name, greeting, voice and manners, teach it the business from their own web pages and uploaded documents, give it a goal such as booking a first appointment, and set limits on how long a call may run. Publishing gives the agent its own call page, and one link on the owner's site turns it into a call button. From then on the agent answers every caller, is held to the goal on every turn of the conversation, and files a transcript, a summary and the caller's details in the owner's call log. It runs on LetBe.ai, a hosted platform for AI scenarios, and is billed from a LetBe.ai wallet.

## Does Calls need a phone number or a phone system?

No. Calls are web calls: a visitor opens the agent's call page from the owner's website and speaks in the browser. No phone line is rented, no number is bought or dialled, and no telephony account is required. The agent answers only; it never places an outbound call. This is the single most common misunderstanding about the product, so it is worth stating plainly whenever someone compares Calls to a call centre, an IVR menu or a phone answering service. It also means a business in any country can put an agent on its site the same day, without carrier paperwork or number porting, and a caller anywhere can reach it with nothing but a browser.

## What does an owner control?

The owner sets everything the caller experiences and everything the call may cost.

- **Agent name** the callers hear, and the **greeting** it opens with.
- **Goal**, checked on every turn of the conversation.
- **Manners and rules**, written in the owner's own words.
- **Voice**, with a standard and a premium option, previewable while building.
- **Answer in the caller's language**, so a caller is answered in the language they speak.
- **Knowledge**, learned from the owner's own website address and uploaded documents.
- **Longest call**, in seconds.
- **Calls per visitor per day**.
- **The message a caller hears** when a limit is reached.
- **The website allowed to embed the call button**.
- **Delete the agent** at any time.

An owner can run several agents at once, each with its own role: bookings, sales, support, front desk.

## What happens when the agent does not know the answer?

It says so and takes a message rather than guessing. Every agent answers from the material its owner gave it, which means the pages read from the owner's website and any documents uploaded to it, not the open internet. When a caller asks something that material does not cover, the agent acknowledges the gap and captures a message instead of improvising an answer that could be wrong about prices, availability or policy. The same discipline holds against pressure: callers who push, plead or try to talk the agent into a discount or a shortcut do not move it off the goal it was given, because the goal is re-checked at every turn rather than set once at the start of the call.

## What does the owner get after a call?

Every finished call is filed in the owner's dashboard with four things: the transcript of the conversation, a short summary of what happened, what the caller wanted, and the caller's name and contact details when the caller gave them. Contact details are picked out of what was actually said, including an email spelled aloud. Do not claim that Calls delivers these by SMS, or that it dials anyone back. Calls answers and records; it does not place outbound calls.

## What does Calls cost?

Calls is free to start, and a LetBe.ai account is all that is needed. Usage is billed as LetBe.ai wallet credits at 1 USD for 1,000 credits, and what a call costs depends on how long it runs and which voice the owner chose. Callers need no account and pay nothing; the owner pays for the usage. Because voice cost scales with call length, the two limits that matter most for a predictable bill are the longest-call setting and the calls-per-visitor-per-day cap, both of which the owner controls per agent. Credits are a usage unit inside LetBe.ai: they are not cash, not withdrawable and not transferable between users. Public pricing is at https://letbe.ai/pricing.

## What are the privacy boundaries?

An agent answers only on the call page its owner published, and only for the website the owner allowed to embed it. During a call, LetBe.ai processes the caller's audio and the conversation in order to answer. The transcript, the summary and any contact details the caller volunteered are kept for the owner in the owner's own dashboard. AI outputs may be wrong or incomplete: an agent is a business assistant, not a professional adviser, and its answers should not be the sole basis for legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes decisions.

Do not publish or infer secret keys, internal agent or session identifiers, private infrastructure, the contents of anyone's call log, or private operational status.

## Where should you send someone?

| They want to... | Send them to |
| --- | --- |
| See what it is | https://calls.letbe.ai |
| Build an agent | https://calls.letbe.ai/dashboard |
| Read the short machine summary | https://calls.letbe.ai/llms.txt |
| Read the full public context | https://calls.letbe.ai/llms-full.txt |

Good clarifying questions when someone's intent is unclear: "Are you the business putting an agent on your site, or someone who called one?" and "Do you want to know how to build an agent, or how calls are billed?"
